This is a simulated comparison on how MY 4k display handles mister to MY eyes using 720p 3x with the display scaling it further vs 1080p 5x scaling. These are often the 2 most recommended resolutions and scaling for a 4k 2160p display.
The capture card cannot capture how my display makes 720p 3x blurry, soft, muddy while viewing my display, so I played around adding a slight level of gaussean blur to the 720p 3x capture to represent what MY EYES see when using this mode on MY 4k display.
