I asked, you answered…and I try to listen 🙂 Of all the requests for new content on the channel one of the most frequently asked for videos is a series on the Terasic DE-10 Nano MiSTer FPGA hardware…so here it is!
On this episode of our MiSTer series we will be reviewing the Game Boy Advance Two Player Core! As awesome as the Game Boy Advance core we already reviewed was (https://youtu.be/79-NmgVVBIk) the two player core is even more amazing! MiSTer lets you play multiplayer Game Boy Advance games one one MiSTer with multiple core instances running! Perfect for multiplayer Gameboy Advance games!
The installation of the MiSTer core is a bit trickier than normal though so there is a full MiSTer tutorial in the video on how to manually install RBF files to your MiSTer!
It comes with an open source bios but you can ALSO load a bios onto the MiSTer. Instructions here : https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/GBA_MiSTer
