I asked, you answered…and I try to listen 🙂 Of all the requests for new content on the channel one of the most frequently asked for videos is a series on the Terasic DE-10 Nano MiSTer FPGA hardware…so here it is!

On this episode of our MiSTer series we will be directly comparing the MiSTer FPGA project vs software emulation; I will be using Sameboy to compare the leading Game Boy emulator against the MiSTer Gameboy FPGA core. What will be better?! Retrogaming comparison incoming!

Note : I had a chat with the emulator maker. The 2 frame issue on the intros is basically created by RetroArch itself. He let me know that if you use the stand alone emulator (I get 95% of people use a front end so I review as such) this does not occur! So that makes a legit 10/10 emulator…a 10.5 out of 10? Lolol
